About us
Hello and welcome to JEM’s Bar Co. - we’re Jamie & Emilie (JEM) the owners and co-founders behind the business.
Our story began on the Great Wall of China in 2017, where we met, since then, we’ve shared a love of new experiences, taking on exciting challenges, and, of course, enjoying a great drink along the way!
Our journey into hospitality started when we unexpectedly found ourselves running a bar at a gala event. From that moment, we knew we wanted to build something of our own.
That idea became a reality in 2020, when JEM’s Bar Co. was born. We began by designing and creating our own Prosecco and donut walls, offering a safe doorstep delivery service across Kent so people could continue celebrating special occasions at home. Over time, we expanded into drinks hampers and a cocktail delivery service, helping bring a sense of occasion during a challenging period.
Since then, we’ve grown into a trusted mobile bar company, known for our attention to detail, personal approach, and commitment to quality. From fully staffed bars to immersive cocktail masterclasses and bespoke menus, we’re here to make every event seamless and memorable.

Emilie is a senior marketing professional by day and the creative force behind everything you see - from our social media to your personalised menus and event details.
She’s all about the little touches that make your event feel truly you, and she’ll likely be the one making sure everything looks just as good as it tastes.
Her go-to cocktail? A Pornstar Martini - always.
JAMIE
Co-founder
Jamie is the detail-driven force behind the scenes. With experience in the commercial world, he’s making sure everything runs smoothly - so you don’t have to think twice.
Whether it’s designing signature cocktails, fine-tuning logistics, or selecting the perfect ingredients, he’s all about getting it just right.
His drink of choice? An Old Fashioned - strong, simple, and done properly.
